and now... I have you. And I swear, I wouldn't trade you for all the cupcakes in the world. Not even a cookies and cream one. Nope, you're just better.

Kath...
Cath . . .
She stands with a well intentioned man
But she can't relax with his hands on the small of her back
As the flashbulbs burst she holds a smile
Like someone would hold a crying child
Soon everybody will ask what became of you
Your heart was dying fast and you didn't know what to do
Cath . . .
It seems that you live in someone else's dream
In a hand-me-down wedding dress
With the things that could have been are repressed
But you said your vows and you closed the door
On so many men who would have loved you more
Soon everybody will ask what became of you
Your heart was dying fast and you didn't know what to do
The whispers that it won't last roll up and down the pews
And if our hearts were dying that fast, they would have done the same as you
I'd have done the same as you
She stands with a well intentioned man
But she can't relax with his hands on the small of her back
As the flashbulbs burst she holds a smile
Like someone would hold a crying child
Soon everybody will ask what became of you
Your heart was dying fast and you didn't know what to do
Cath . . .
It seems that you live in someone else's dream

With the things that could have been are repressed
But you said your vows and you closed the door

Soon everybody will ask what became of you
Your heart was dying fast and you didn't know what to do
The whispers that it won't last roll up and down the pews
And if our hearts were dying that fast, they would have done the same as you
I'd have done the same as you

Love Bug
You know what I find utterly and completely fascinating? The love bug. I had never heard of them prior to my move to Orlando, FL, but they have become a familiar companion throughout my days here. Of course, if you are as uninformed as I was, you seize to understand my bewilderment. You see, the love bug was created by humans. It had the sole purpose of decreasing the amount of mosquitoes surround us, Floridians, on a daily basis. Yet, instead of consuming the mosquitos as it was engineered to do, the love bug entered our world and made a choice. Instinct took over, and now they surround us everywhere, having no effect on mosquitoes whatsoever and serving one purpose; surviving. Yes, everything above is incredibly fascinating, but what gets me, is the fact that science created something out of nothing and then suddenly that nothing had an instinct. Instinct, that for the longest time was considered Godly made, instinct...was created by man.

Where'd you go?
It's funny how things work out, how people grow up and sometimes grow apart. While I sit surrounded by these four walls, decorated with memories, I feel like so many faces have faded. We're no where near the place we started. Where did those people go? In a sense past location, where did the dreams and hopes disappear too? Aspirations changed and sworn promises of what "would" be did too.Where are you now?

The thing about relationships...
Do something too early, and you can taint it.
Jump in too quick, you can screw things up.
Wait too long, it may be too late.
